On July 10, 2024, the inter-institutional cooperation framework agreement<\/strong> was signed between eUniv<\/a> and the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University<\/a> of Elche. This agreement is accompanied by two other specific agreements, one dedicated to arranging the stays of visiting teaching and research staff<\/strong> from both universities, and the other to the regulation of the academic conditions of the exchanges<\/strong> of the respective students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These agreements are part of eUniv’s institutional strategy, aimed at fostering institutional links with the international academic environment, and especially with universities in Catalan-speaking territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of these agreements with the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University, in the next academic year 2024-2025, the eUniv will receive researchers from the Faculty of Law of the Illicitan university, who will carry out research stays dedicated to the comparative analysis of various institutions of the private international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
