Entitled <em>Del leviat\u00e1n al algoritmo: Inteligencia artificial y la reescritura del contrato social<\/em>, the study appears in issue no. 32 of the <em>Revista de Fiscalidad Internacional y Negocios Transnacionales<\/em>, published by Editorial Aranzadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr Serrano\u2019s extensive specialised research has been recognised by the Madrid Bar Association, which has awarded him the <a href=\"https:\/\/secciones.icam.es\/premios-a-la-innovacion-juridica-secciones-icam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2026 Legal Innovation Award<\/a> in the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Section for his article <em><a href=\"https:\/\/secciones.icam.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2026\/05\/FRANCISCO-ANTONIO-SERRANO.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">El consentimiento en la era del algoritmo: \u00bfocaso o renacimiento de la autonom\u00eda de la voluntad?<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Director of the J. H.
