Founded in Barcelona in 1951, the IEN was initially established as a civil association and was transformed into a private foundation in 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rector of eUniv, Dr Antoni Noguero, a member of the IEN Board of Trustees, took part in the anniversary celebration, during which Dr Joan Massagu\u00e9, the renowned Catalan oncologist and biochemist who currently heads the Sloan Kettering Institute in New York, was presented with the J. F.
