{"id":7991,"date":"2023-03-29T10:17:33","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T10:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euniv.eu\/?p=7991"},"modified":"2023-03-29T10:19:23","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T10:19:23","slug":"ordinary-session-of-the-academic-senate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euniv.eu\/en\/ordinary-session-of-the-academic-senate\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordinary session of the Academic Senate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Last Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the regular session of the second semester of the <a aria-label=\"Academic Senate (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/euniv.eu\/en\/university\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Academic Senate<\/a> of the <a aria-label=\"eUniv (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/euniv.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">eUniv<\/a> took place, under the presidency of <strong>Dr. Jes\u00fas M. Pruj\u00e0, Chancellor of the University<\/strong>. In the session  took possession of their positions <strong>Dr. Josep M. Tous<\/strong>, professor emeritus and former dean of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/portal\/web\/psychology\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Faculty of Psychology at the University of Barcelona (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Faculty of Psychology at the University of Barcelona<\/a>, and <strong>Mrs. Maria J. Tuy\u00e0<\/strong>, president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/portal\/web\/psychology\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Fundaci\u00f3 Futura Pened\u00e8s (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Fundaci\u00f3 Futura Pened\u00e8s<\/a>, a collaborating entity of the eUniv. The session&#8217;s agenda addressed, among other things, the modification of the General Academic Regulations, the <strong><em>eUniv Summer School<\/em><\/strong> project, the Faber Institute&#8217;s partnership proposal, eUniv&#8217;s participation in the Ibero-American Chair of Cultural and Creative Industries, as well as the progress in the implementation of the courses and in the acquisition of the premises of the headquarters. The Senate also agreed on the incorporation of new members representing the new areas of knowledge that are integrated into the eUniv, such as criminology, communication or classical languages.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the session  took possession of their positions Dr. Josep M.
