This legal notice includes the general conditions that regulate access to and use of the eUniv – UNIVERSITAS EUROPEA website, hereinafter “the WEB”, which is the owner and owner of Universitas Europaea IMF SLU, a company domiciled at Avgda. Universitas Europaea IMF SLU is not responsible for damages caused or that may occur, of any nature, arising from the use of the information, the content of the WEB and the programs that it incorporates, and that could cause, to enunciative and non-limiting title: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the WEB or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

It is expressly forbidden to access, modify, view the configuration, structure and files of the WEB servers. In the event of any problem that could occur in the servers and security systems of the WEB as a direct consequence of negligent action by the user, the user will be liable for the corresponding civil and criminal liability. The user will respect the technical standards provided by the WEB in the administration and development of the products used in such a way that there is no abusive use that delays the servers and harms the provision of the products or rights of other users.

In compliance with the requirements of Law 29/2021, of October 28, qualified on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LQDP”), and Decree 391/2022, of 9-28-2022, approving the Regulation application of the LQDP, users of this website are informed that any personal data provided to Universitas Europaea IMF SLU will be processed by it for the purposes and conditions defined in its Record of Processing Activities (you will find them in our privacy policy).
