The spirit of laws: Law

The eUniv provides teaching in the field of law with a particular focus on analysis of legal institutions, providing an understanding of the positive legal system approach, including three of the four cycles set out by the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA):

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Andorran state qualification of the First Cycle of the QF-EHEA, created by the Government Decree of 8 April 2009. It lasts 6 semesters (3 years) and earns 180 ECTS. The Bachelor’s Degree is equivalent to the French qualification Licence and the Spanish Grado.

Doctoral Programme

Andorran state qualification of the Third Cycle of the QF-EHEA, created by the Government Decree of 23 April 2008. It lasts three years and is equivalent to the qualifications throughout the EHEA of the same name.
