Standing rules and constitutions

The eUniv is organised according to the university legal rules in force in the Principality of Andorra, which are applied through the constitutions approved by the corresponding bodies of the University itself, in the exercise of its authority and self-organisational autonomy.

The basic institutional regulations of the European University are its Standing Rules, approved by the General Board on 25 April 2019 and revised on 4 May 2020, which regulate the institutional, organisational and operational aspects, as well as elements linked to the university community groups:

The academic regulations of the European University are governed by the General Academic Regulations, approved by the Academic Board on 16 December 2019, which include the rules on access and admission, enrolment, courses and maximum period of study, reception and mentoring, and academic and teaching management:
