Management Office: Technology and management
The eUniv’s General Management Office is the statutory body that performs the individual functions established by the Andorran corporate legal system.
In the performance of his/her functions, the eUniv’s General Manager coordinates the university management services and technical support of the university community, and appoints the people responsible for its chiefdoms:
The Financial Management Service is responsible for the budgetary, financial and treasury management of the eUniv, as well as reporting on the economic feasibility of proposals for the implementation of training programmes, research projects, agreements with third parties, or any university initiative that involves the budget year.
The position of the eUniv Financial Manager is held by express delegation of the General Manager, authorised by the General Board in accordance with the Standing Rules.

The Communications Service is responsible for the communications management of the eUniv in general and its corporate website in particular. Moreover, this service is responsible for managing the University’s Alumni section.
The Communications Service also organises the University advertising campaigns, in digital, paper or audiovisual format.
The person responsible for the Chiefdom of the Communications Service also manages information about all the events and activities that the members of the eUniv community organise or participate in.
The functions of the Chiefdom of the eUniv Communications Service are carried out by Mr Gerard M. Canals, by express delegation of the General Manager of 25 April 2019. His mandate ends on 31 August 2023. comunicacio@euniv.eu
The Services Management is responsible for University administration and personnel, as well as the coordination of the technical quality committee of the university services.
The Services Management is also specifically responsible for the protection system of the personal data of all those working in the eUniv or related with it.
The position of eUniv Services Manager is held by express delegation of the General Manager, authorised by the General Board in accordance with the Standing Rules.
The functions of the eUniv Services Manager are carried out by Mr Aleu Miret, by express delegation of the General Manager of 25 April 2019. His mandate ends on 31 August 2023. econom@euniv.eu
The Promotion Service is the body responsible for managing all the activities to publicise the eUniv courses.
Its task is governed by the legal demands of the European university system, which establishes and certifies the level of detail and transparency of information on training provided, admission requirements and teaching system.
The Promotion Service centrally manages all the requests for information sent to the University both by e-mail (info@euniv.eu) and other means (telephone, social media, etc.). Its task is to accurately and efficiently compile the information necessary and send it to those interested. Moreover, when those interested wish to formalise their application for admission to a course, the Promotion Service manages the procedure established for this purpose.
The Service’s Chiefdom, appointed by the Management from the members of its personnel with specialised training, is the body responsible for the running and quality of the service.
The functions of the Chiefdom of the eUniv Promotion Service are carried out by Mr Joaquim Vallès, by express delegation of the General Manager of 25 April 2019. His mandate ends on 31 August 2023. promocio@euniv.eu
The Technology Management Service is the body responsible for maintaining and updating the computer resources for teaching and also the University’s general ICT facilities.
The Service coordinates all issues related to technology with all the members of the university community and with third parties who supply equipment and services. Moreover, it ensures continued updating of resources and suggests to the Management Office changes and improvements it deems appropriate.
The Service’s Chiefdom, appointed by the Management from the members of its personnel with specialised training, is the body responsible for the running and quality of the service.
