Sant Julià de Lòria , September 29- Ignasi Martín, professor of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering at eUniv, presented his new book, El factor coraje. El valor de ser tú mismo (The Courage Factor: The Value of Being Yourself), last Tuesday, September 22, at the Hive Five Coworking space in Andorra.

The book proposes an inner journey of self-discovery through the story of Elian, a young druid apprentice who sets off on a quest to reconnect with his own voice, face his fears, and unlock the strength he has always carried within. Combining narrative storytelling, metaphors, and thought-provoking questions, the work merges coaching and personal development to explore key themes such as authenticity, decision-making, purpose, and the value of being true to oneself.

Ignasi Martín’s extensive experience guiding individuals, professionals, and leaders serves as the foundation for the insights presented in this work, designed as an invitation to introspection and personal growth.

Universitat Europea (eUniv) participates in the 5th European Congress Higher Education Law in Berlin

Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra – September 22, 2026 — La Universitat Europea (eUniv) had a prominent participation in the fifth edition of the European Congress Higher Education Law, held on September 19, 2026, at the headquarters of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences. The eUniv delegation was composed of the Registrar, Mr. Enric Roig, and the Praelector of the University, Mr. Lluís Serés.

The event was organized by the Institute of European and International Higher Education Law, an entity affiliated with the European University Trust, with the support of the Deutsche Hochschulstiftung (German University Foundation).

The regulation of Generative AI at the center of the debate

This year’s edition centered on analyzing the impact of recent technological advances on learning processes, academic assessments, and university research. During the working sessions, various institutional strategies to address the accelerated introduction of generative artificial intelligence across higher education were debated.

Additionally, several regulatory options and their integration into the European legal framework for higher education were presented, aiming to propose legislative adaptations to address current legal tensions and foster common criteria throughout the European Higher Education Area.

Universitat Europea (eUniv) consolidates its institutional leadership position after achieving certification from the National Cybersecurity Agency of Andorra (ANC-AD).

Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra – September 21, 2026 — Universitat Europea (eUniv) has reached a historic milestone in terms of governance, digital resilience, and regulatory compliance in the Principality of Andorra. As part of the implementation of its strategic cybersecurity plan, the institution has received official accreditation under the National Security Scheme of Andorra (ENS-AD), issued by the National Cybersecurity Agency of Andorra (ANC-AD).

The ANC-AD has officially accredited eUniv’s ENS-AD certification (Certificate ENS-2026-0031, valid until April 1, 2028), which is publicly available on the Agency’s official portal. The ANC-AD extended its sincere gratitude to the university for its institutional commitment and dedication to strengthening Andorra’s cybersecurity framework.

This recognition positions eUniv as a pioneer entity in complying with Law 22/2022 on Cybersecurity, consolidating a fully robust and protected digital education and management environment.

eUniv Attends the 33rd AIJEC Young Entrepreneur Award Gala

Sant Julià de Lòria, September 17, 2026 — Last Monday, eUniv attended the 33rd Young Entrepreneur Award Gala (33è Premi Jove Empresari), organized by AIJEC (Young Entrepreneurs Association of Catalonia) and held at the Palau de la Música Catalana. The event brought together representatives from Catalonia’s business, academic, and institutional sectors.

The university was represented by Jordi Sauret, Director of the Francesc Layret University College, and Gerard Miret, Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Marketing. They attended one of the region’s main annual events recognizing entrepreneurial talent and business innovation in Catalonia.

During the ceremony, Adrià Argemí, co-founder and CEO of Pangea Aerospace, received the 33rd Young Entrepreneur Award in recognition of his business trajectory and his company’s contribution to developing proprietary technology for the space industry.

The gala also honored other outstanding business projects and initiatives. Among them was Aurax Technology, which received the Award for Best Business Initiative, alongside various projects recognized for their contributions in areas such as social innovation, corporate linguistic quality, and the promotion of youth entrepreneurship.

The XII Symposium grafica_qp brings together 52 participants in Barcelona and consolidates the international reach of visual communication research.

Sant Julià de Lòria (Andorra), September 17, 2026. The European Observatory of Communication (OEC), a specialized research center created through an agreement between the J. H. Newman Doctoral School of eUniv (European University of Andorra) and the Higher School of Public Relations at the University of Barcelona, has held the XII Symposium grafica_qp.

The event, held from September 2 to 4 at BAU, Arts and Design College of Barcelona, brought together 52 participants and 40 researchers from around the world to analyze the main current challenges in graphic design and advertising.

Artificial intelligence, new technologies, creativity, branding, research methodologies, and the social responsibility of design were among the main topics addressed during the conference.

Organized annually by the OEC in collaboration with various university research groups, the Symposium included lectures, scientific papers, doctoral thesis presentations, and awards recognizing works published in the journals Grafica and Questiones Publicitarias.

Through this initiative, the European Observatory of Communication reinforces its international focus and its commitment to research and scientific dissemination in communication, design, and advertising, helping project the academic and research ecosystem linked to Andorra.

The next edition, the XIII Symposium grafica_qp, will take place from September 8 to 10, 2027, at the EASD Higher School of Design in Valencia, under the theme “Explaining the What and the How of Graphic Design and Advertising Research.”

eUniv participates in the International Conference on Political Unions in European History

  • The scientific conference took place at the House of European History in Brussels from September 7 to 9, 2026.
  • Dr. Josep Serrano Daura, Director of the Fiter i Rossell Chair at eUniv, presented a paper on the dynastic union of the Crown of Aragon.

Sant Juliá de Loira, September 15, 2026 — eUniv actively participated in the international conference «Political Unions in European History (10th-18th Centuries), and Their Perception in the Cultures of Remembrance (19th-21th Centuries)», held from September 7 to 9, 2026, at the headquarters of the House of European History in Brussels.

This high-level academic event was jointly organized by the Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities (Sächsische Akademie der Wissenschaften) and the Polish Academy of Sciences (Polska Akademia Nauk). The academic co-direction was led by Professors Dr. W. Huschner and Dr. I. Kakolewski, representing their respective scientific institutions.

The conference’s academic program was divided into two consecutive sections: the first dedicated to long-lasting extinct European political unions, and the second focusing on those with a more limited duration. Throughout the presentations, participants discussed a wide range of European political unions from the 10th to the 20th century, including the Kalmar Union, Castile and Leon, Austria and Spain, Bohemia and Hungary, and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Within this analytical framework, Professor Dr. Josep Serrano Daura, Director of the Fiter i Rossell Chair at eUniv, presented a paper entitled «The dynastic union of the so-called Crown of Aragon (12th-18th centuries)», addressing the historical nature and evolution of this political entity between the 12th and 18th centuries.
