Conference of the Catalan Society for Legal Studies
On Friday, 19 December 2025, the conference Local spaces of medieval legal experience: decision-making systems and forms of representation in the Catalan-Aragonese sphere was held in the Nicolau d’Olwer Hall at the Institut d’Estudis Catalans. It was coordinated by Dr. Josep Serrano, Director of the Fiter i Rossell Chair at eUniv, together with Dr. Rogerio Tostes of the Complutense University of Madrid.
In the conference’s second session, Ms. Sara Ubach, a PhD candidate at the University of Lleida and a specialist at the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Andorra, presented her work on Family networks in councils: representatives of local elites in late medieval Andorra.
